Seth Baron, MBA
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Seth has spent his career in marketing and operational roles in the political, film, advertising, tech, travel, and pharma industries. He previously ran operations for a global travel company, overseeing trip curation, supplier negotiation, and client management which have given him the tools and intimate knowledge of the supplier landscape, as well as a practical eye for what resonates with travelers. He holds a Masters in Global Business Administration from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. This program ignited his passion for sustainability and eco-conscious businesses.
"Travel in its current form is unsustainable, but we don't endeavor to stop people from seeing the world. We merely exist to help them make better decisions when they do so."
The three things we refuse to compromise on.
Every decision — every itinerary, every partnership, every hire — gets tested against these.
Accountability over aesthetics
Sustainability isn't a marketing layer. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it. That includes how we account for our own emissions, how we vet suppliers, and how we report back.
Local first, always
The people who host us know their place better than any guidebook ever will. We pay local operators fairly, credit them publicly, and keep more of the revenue inside the community.
The long view
We design trips for travelers who want to come back in ten years and find the place better — not worse — because of how tourism has shaped it. That's the only kind of travel worth doing.
"Sustainable travel isn’t a niche. It’s the only form of travel that has a future. We just decided to build for it sooner."
